Answers to Your Questions About Cheltenham Martial Arts & Fitness Kickboxing

Kids Martial Arts

Q: “Do Martial Arts incite violence in children?”

Not at all! Martial arts emphasise peace, harmony, and diplomacy. It educates children on how to AVOID confrontations, not instigate them.

Q: “Do kids get injured in Martial Arts?”

Whilst injuries can occur in any physical activity, including martial arts, the likelihood of injury in martial arts is typically quite low. Our Instructors give top priority to the safety of our students and maintain a well-monitored training environment. We have an array of measures in place to ensure your child's safety. In fact, safety is our paramount concern.

Q: “My child isn't particularly sporty. Can they still participate in Martial Arts, even if they're not athletic?”

Absolutely. Martial Arts encourages children to become coordinated, flexible and strong. Kids who don't naturally possess these qualities cultivate them. Those who do, further enhance them.

Q: “Are these Martial Arts classes enjoyable?”

Indeed! Martial arts classes are not only educational but also immensely enjoyable. Instructors employ a blend of drills, games, and exercises to keep everyone engrossed and keen to learn. Plus, the classes are a brilliant way to forge new friendships and relish the experience collectively.
